Complete a writing assignment that is connected to the stories you have read and given by your teacher in class. Hand it in. (10%)
Step 3: Getting to know what a short story is.

Get into groups of up to 4 students.

Search the Internet to learn about a story as a genre.

Prepare PPT presentation that tells others:

What a short story is and how it is different from a play, a poem or a novel

What elements a story has (setting. plot, characters, twist, message, etc.)

What genres of a short story you know and what characterizes each one.

Share the information with your class.
Step 4: Getting ready to write your own story. (Done in class – in groups)

Brainstorm the ideas for your own story

Read e- books of OTHER groups.

Choose one you liked the most.

Record yourself explaining why you liked this e-book, what you liked especially and who would you recommend it to.

Send your recommendation to the teacher.
